A dedicated year-level program preparing students for the transition into senior English.
Year 9 is the bridge year. Students are expected to produce writing that approaches senior English in its complexity, but most have not been explicitly taught how.
This program closes the gap. Students develop the analytical writing, textual analysis, and structured argument skills that Stage 5 demands and Stage 6 will assume.

Every session follows our five-step method: Teach, Model, Write, Feedback, Improve. The instructor introduces a skill, shows it in action, students write independently, then receive specific feedback — all within the same session.
Every class is capped at 7 students. This limit exists so every child gets genuine, personalised attention from the instructor each week.
Yes. Every class is led by a qualified teacher — not a casual tutor. Our instructors hold teaching qualifications equivalent to those required by the NSW Department of Education.
A senior instructor sits with your child for a structured writing task, then walks you through the results — strengths, areas to develop, and the right program fit. Around 45 minutes, zero obligation.
